Based in SRUC’s Dairy Research & Innovation Centre in Dumfries, I am working with a wide range of farmers, small to medium sized enterprises and restauranteurs across South-West Scotland and Cumbria, with the main purpose of facilitating new product development and/or diversifying product portfolio for the aforementioned. We have a maker space in Cumbria at Cows and Co. creamery in Appleby and a soon to open, new maker space in Ayrshire.
